It may be early yet…but it’s time to officially jump on the Wolves bandwagon or forever hold your peace. The Wolves are young, but they are playing a style of basketball us real Timberwolves fans haven’t seen in years. That style is called “GOOD” basketball. This Wolves roster isn’t perfect and it’s almost certain their young, fresh legs will wear out and hit that “rookie wall”, even in this lockout shortened season. However, is that a bad thing? No…not the way I see it.

I intentionally waited to make a Timberwolves post for a few different reasons, and the lockout was one of them. Another was not to be one of those people who posts how the Timberwolves will win 50 games this year after winning their first game, or will lose 50 games by losing their first game. I wanted to see a few games of this youth movement (volume 4 for the Timberwolves), but I wanted to see how they looked coming off a shortened training camp/pre-season. A non Timberwolves fan will see the 0-3 start as another “here we go

It’s been a while since we’ve put any content on the site as we’ve been tweaking some behind the scenes stuff. So…what better way to update the site, than with some content regarding THE TIMBERWOLVES! I know, I know…booooring. But let’s focus on the positives that happened over the past couple days. Let’s start with the draft. With no surprise, the Timberwolves selected Derrick Williams out of Arizona with the 2nd overall pick. We must remember that we drafted DERRICK WILLIAMS
